As a Strategic Initiatives Co-Op Student, you will support the assessment and advancement of business growth opportunities at Irving Oil. Your goal will be to leverage your skills to support the Strategic Initiatives Specialist to advance value-added initiatives and/or projects. Your success will be reflected in your ability to adapt to a team environment and execute assigned projects and tasks, leveraging your collaboration, communication, and business and/or technical skill sets. This role will provide key support to execute the strategic plan within the Strategic Initiatives team from idea generation/innovation through to final investment decision to achieve the long-term organizational goal(s).
