In this role, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our enterprise automation capabilities using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. You will be responsible for providing technical direction and subject matter expertise to ensure stable, reliable test environments for complex sharing initiatives in compliance with established controls, standards, policies, and procedures. You will collaborates with and advises senior management, utilizing a solid understanding of business dynamics to analyze, protect and mitigate risks, present alternative solutions, and recommend solutions using available resources for complex initiatives with key dependencies. The role provides technical leadership, interpreting complex information and coordinating client, provider, and vendor relationships to meet and manage service expectations, aligned to best practices. How You’ll Succeed Product Backlog – Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements, work with Stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements, and define delivery priority taking into consideration strategic alignment, scope and complexity. User Story Creation – Support product team in the development of product feature and user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, UX design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team. Communication Assist product team in ensuring that we are delivering the right initiatives at the right time and keeping our stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life cycle. Understand and support the team in managing competing needs & priorities. . Subject Matter Expertise - Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems Who You Are You can demonstrate 5+ years' experience with RHEL Ansible Automation Platform. Knowledge of other automation tools (Terraform, Kubernetes) will be helpful. You bring strong analytical, reporting and problem solving skills. You have prior expereince of demonstrating improvements in operational efficiency and business alignment. You are an Excellent Communicator. You have solid written and oral communication skills and an ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation as well as express oneself and communicate with others verbally; recognizing that verbal communication is more than just language - it includes tone, style and structure. You have ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation. You have decision making and critical thinking skill. You have knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems.
