Closing Date 19/05/2025 Job Title: Project Implementation Coordinator Location: South Coast, you can be based within our patch- Kent, Sussex or Hampshire- 3 office/ sites and remaining work from home (Flexibility required due to business needs) Driving licence is essential Perm/FTC: Permanent Hours: 37 hrs, Monday- Friday Salary: Competitive salary depending on skills and experience We are currently seeking an experienced Project Implementation Coordinator (internally known as Implementation Analyst) to support our various projects relating to the delivery of Waste Water transformation portfolio projects. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, the team has been established to manage a range of projects and initiatives aimed at delivering efficiencies and improving operational performance to meet the expectations of our Customers, Regulators and Shareholders. This role forms part of the Wastewater Transformation team established to deliver large and business critical programmes to support ambitious plans across the next 5 years. You will initiatily form part of the delivery team supporting a Supplier transition for a c.£100m pa framework. Long term you will be assigned to support the delivery of various systems, process and organisational design business change programmes and projects. Your key responsibilities will include: • Working with project/ programme team to define and manage the project delivery plan, and ensure it is accurately documented and maintained in designated tools • Coordinating of and delivery of workstream/ project/ programme activities allocated • Sourcing of information and supporting the production and maintenance of regular and ad hoc material to support training, processes, internal and external communications • Providing insight to and support with, all change management actions, including Training of key Stakeholders including third parties • Providing project/ workstream reporting to support Stakeholder engagements • Proactively identify, raise and support the management of any project and programme risks • Engaging with key programme/ project stakeholders and third parties to ensure material is produced and quality assured in time for distribution To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience in project implementation and coordination activities with proven background in producing high quality reports and designing and delivering of processes and training as a key project team member. You will be proficient in using MS Excel spreadsheet, minuting management decisions and actions on PowerPoint in managing the project implementation activities for our Waste Water supply chain contract team.
