The Cast Leader’s primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards, policies and procedures are followed. In this role, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations Facilitate all in-house training, be dedicated to consistent training efforts, and provide feedback to management about Cast performance Qualifications: This role may be a perfect fit for you if: You have a minimum of 6 months tenure with no active discipline You are cross-trained in all building offerings: core concession, floor, RBOs, box office You have demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to encourage others to perform at a high level You consistently deliver the highest quality of guest service and have the ability to lead those behaviors in others Cast Leaders must be available to work at times that are critical to the needs of the business Interested applicants must complete a certification process designed to evaluate Cineplex job knowledge and presentation skills in order to be considered a Cast Leader.
