In this senior position, you’ll lead the development of innovative, technology-driven products and services that align with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory shifts. You’ll bring fresh industry insights and a critical eye to help us identify what’s missing, uncover market gaps, and challenge the status quo. Reporting to the Director, Product & Solutions, your key responsibilities include: Leading the delivery of innovative, technology-based products and solutions that align with company strategy and business goals. Identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships based on market needs, customer demand, and product gaps. Bringing industry expertise to uncover unmet needs and inform product and service strategy. Collaborating across teams to prioritize and execute product innovation initiatives aligned with the defined roadmap. Conducting market and internal analysis to guide decision-making and prioritize opportunities. Creating business cases with ROI metrics and defining product requirements to deliver impactful solutions. What you’ll need: Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Product Management, Business Process Improvement, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 7–10 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of the lending lifecycle, including AML, KYC, legal due diligence, and collateral loss prevention. The skills you bring: Proven experience managing partnerships and delivering end-to-end product or solution implementations. Strong background in product analysis, strategy, and technology solution deployment. Deep understanding of financial services, fintech, and legal industries, with the ability to bring fresh insights and challenge current thinking. Critical thinker who proactively identifies gaps, challenges the status quo, and proposes actionable solutions. Highly accountable, self-motivated, and driven — able to take full ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision. Clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences and align stakeholders.
