Reporting to the Line Side Control Center Manager (LSCC) at our Winnipeg, Manitoba office, you will become an integral part of the LSCC team. In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions to our production system. You will leverage the Root Cause Corrective Action process to analyze and enhance the health of our production environment. Your primary focus will be to support our production builds by actively engaging with the Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) system. This role is up to 12 Months Term at Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. The selected candidate must be able to work any shift as assigned (day, evening or midnight shift). As a valued member, you will work closely with our customers and support functions to swiftly address production challenges identified by your teammates on the shop floor. You'll play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring we maintain a strong pulse on the health of our business. Position Responsibilities: Liaison between Shop and Support Team Members/SME’s Assist with validation or clarification of issues by reviewing multiple information sources Primary Point of Contact for LSCC Support of Production Build issues Primary for SAT Validation in the SAT System Primary for monitoring the manufacturing SAT queue Attend and participate in daily meetings as needed Ensure the LSCC provides solutions on a consistent basis, striving towards timely resolution Ensure the LSCC provides 360’ communication Promote face to face constructive communication between the LSCC and all customers Validate, Monitor and update all SAT items with the latest pertinent information Works under general direction This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Winnipeg location. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing Experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Must be legally able to work in Canada Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience): 2+ year of experience with the Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) system Experience working with Line Side Control Center (LSCC) Experience with Microsoft Access Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving Experience supporting cross-functional teams Strong Communication skills Additional Information: This requisition is for a locally hired position in Canada.
