Position Overview
We are looking for a creative, innovative, organized, and dynamic Sales Associate-TikTok Live Selling to join our team.
The Sales Associate-TikTok Live Selling will be responsible for hosting engaging and interactive live selling sessions on TikTok to promote and sell our art products in real time. This role combines sales expertise, creativity, and social media skills to drive product visibility, boost sales, and build brand loyalty. The ideal candidate must be charismatic, knowledgeable about TikTok, and skilled at connecting with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute engaging and high-conversion live selling sessions on TikTok.
Showcase products effectively, highlighting key features and benefits
Provide real-time product demonstrations and answer customer questions.
Utilize TikTok's live features (e.g., polls, Q&A, effects) to enhance engagement.
Drive sales through compelling calls to action and limited-time offers.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate product information during live sessions.
Develop creative and engaging content for TikTok, including short-form videos and live promotions.
Stay up to date on TikTok trends and best practices.
Interact with viewers in real-time, fostering a sense of community and building relationships.
Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
Encourage viewer participation and interaction.
Track and analyze live sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Monitor key metrics, such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
Adjust live sales strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Represent the company and its brand values positively and professionally.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all TikTok content.
Build brand awareness and loyalty through engaging live interactions.
Maintain a positive and energetic on-screen presence.
Handle customer service issues that arise during live sales events.
Direct customers to the proper channels for post-sale support.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a live or online environment.
Strong understanding of the TikTok platform and its features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and entertain an online audience.
Comfortable being on camera and speaking to a live audience.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.
Experience with social media live streaming platforms.
A strong understanding of current social media trends.
Compensation: Base salary + 5% commission
