We are seeking candidates interested in:

Skills and Key Deliverables that will take you further:
· Promote and support a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
· Use HR metrics to inform and influence decision-making aligned with business goals.
· Maintain employee data and records in the HRIS system.
· Conduct research and prepare reports based on employment legislation, collective agreements, and wellness strategies.
· Support recruitment and retention activities, including participation in hiring strategies and initiatives.
· Respond to HR-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
· Ensure HR practices comply with employment legislation, collective agreements, and sector best practices.
· Provide insights and recommendations through research and data analysis.
· Prepare HR reports and trend analyses tied to key performance indicators.
· Deliver services consistent with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
· Support the Eden Alternative Philosophy throughout all HR initiatives.
· Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR procedures, programs, and strategies.
· Support conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
· Provide input into compensation programs and benefits administration.
· Support General Managers and/or Director of operations with temporary staffing needs through agency partners.
· Coach managers in effective recruitment and selection practices.
· Manage recruitment efforts for the Home Office and Manager job fair initiatives.
· Maintain and update offer letter templates and new hire onboarding packages.
· Ensure compliance with all HR expectations, including Master Service Time Rotation requirements.
Foundational knowledge and Experience to grow from:
· 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (required).
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· CPHR designation (preferred).
· HR experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities.
· Proficient in HRIS systems and general HR administration.
· Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
· Known for discretion, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
