Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Recevoir et traiter les demandes de renseignements du personnel administratif, des équipes de vente, de soutien aux ventes et des conseillers par téléphone ou par courriel, tout en analysant la nature des requêtes et en transmettant les informations appropriées. Rechercher une solution optimale à chaque problème soulevé par nos partenaires en communiquant avec les intervenants à l’interne (sélection de risques, émission des contrats, soutien aux ventes, actuariat, etc.) Traiter la correspondance reliée aux dossiers complexes nécessitant une réponse client pour les dossiers récemment soumis. Agir à titre de personne-ressource et apporter le soutien nécessaire auprès des collègues moins expérimentés ou des autres secteurs afin de faire en sorte que les objectifs en matière de niveau de qualité de service soient constamment atteints ou dépassés. Produire des rapports sur les activités liées aux affaires en vigueur. Répondre aux lignes de débordement du service à la clientèle assurance individuelle. Vos talents et vos qualifications : Diplôme d’études collégiale en technique de comptabilité et gestion ou en administration ou l'équivalent. Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Maîtrise de la langue française, tant parlée qu’écrite. Maîtrise avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Les candidats retenus devront se soumettre à un test d’anglais oral et grammaire.
