The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction management, possessing the ability to oversee multiple projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects from concept to completion while ensuring high-quality standards.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure all project objectives are met.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and client expectations are exceeded.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders using our Client Control™ system.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead project team meetings to drive accountability and foster a collaborative environment.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field would be an asset.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
