Our Southwest Ontario Sales Team is a diverse and collaborative group of talented individuals who are highly results driven.
In this role, you will provide support to both external and internal sales representatives, as well as engage in direct sales within the Niagara, Hamilton, and Southwest Ontario regions of Ontario. Additionally, you will be responsible for order management support to ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained.
This entry-level position is designed to better prepare candidates for future outside sales roles.

What will you do?
In this role you will support the sales of assigned product lines to customers and channel in Ontario. You will be responsible for accurate specification interpretation, quotation generation, technical support, timely communication with customers, channel and manufacturing facilities. You will be able to identify sales opportunities and follow-up to secure opportunities. You will utilize a combination of sales support techniques to achieve orders/sales goals while delivering customer solutions and maintaining strong relationships.
Sales Support – Provide technical support on electrical products, assemblies and services to customers and channel, including application and pricing assistance. Assist outside sales representatives and channel on opportunity identification, quotation, order entry, production tracking and shipping.
Collaboration – Support outside sales representatives with quotation follow-up and competitive activity reporting. Work with internals teams to understand products and pricing.
Customer Relationships – Build relationships with customers, channel and internal personnel to enhance long term business growth. Prepare sales proposals based on customer requirements while meeting timeline expectations. Partner with channel to create focus and enhance market reputation
Digital Tools – Use pricing tools to complete competitive professional quotations

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• University Degree/ College Diploma from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in the electrical industry
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within an 80km radius of Kitchener, ON
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship
Preferred Requirements:
• P. Eng. or CET designation
• Minimum 4 years of technical experience in the electrical industry
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
