As Senior QE Analyst, you will be responsible for effective planning, executing, automating and tracking functional tests [portfolio / project name] maintenance releases or projects. What will you do? Create test plans, test cases and test scripts based on requirement documents and business User Stories Develop and maintain automated test suites using test automation tools Execute test cases (manual/automated) document test results and raise defects whenever necessary. Work with JIRA, Confluence, qTest for test case management, defect management, test reporting and other functions Participate in agile ceremonies like, Sprint planning, grooming sessions, stand-up meetings, demo sessions, and retrospective meetings Participate E2E and integration testing Participate in defect triage and Scrum meetings What do you need to succeed? Must-have Good knowledge of QE Processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC and Defect Management processes for application testing, development and support with hands-on experience in creating test cases, executing manual/automated test cases With a Computer Engineering, Computer Science degree/diploma or equivalent experience having minimum 2 years of experience in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in a variety of environments (Cloud, distributed and mainframe, business workflows and services/APIs, databases). Knowledge of Testing Methodologies with hands on experience on JIRA and Confluence. Experience in test automation frameworks/tools e.g., (Robot Framework, SoapUI or ReadyAPI, Postman, Selenium, UFT/Lean UFT/RestAssured/, TestNG) and development languages (e.g.Python, Java, etc.) Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Tools such as Jenkins, GIT, etc Database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, SQL, IMS) and SQL experience.
