Work Flexibility: Field-based What you will do: The Associate Territory Manager will assist in the development of customer relationships to create greater loyalty and accelerate growth, for this full-time 12-month contract period. Additionally, you will work in partnership with the Territory Manager to achieve quota by taking a consultative approach to Hospital, marketing, clinical, and related demonstration of all Hospital products and programs. These products/programs include: LIFEPAK monitor/defibrillators and automated external defibrillators (AEDs), LUCAS Chest Compression Systems, the LIFENET System, HeartSine AEDs, ProCare Services, and Flex Financial Services. Responsible for calling on Hospital staff and decision makers, including private and municipal ambulance services, fire departments, police, and volunteer Hospital services Develop and utilize a deep understanding of products, customers, and their needs to improve patient outcomes and increase sales and market share. Collaborate with and provide support to the Sales Representative to drive sales and achieve quotas. Participate in hospital surveys, product implementation, and post-sales training, ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Actively participate in national, regional, and local trade shows. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through strong communication, management of delivery dates, problem-solving through a consultative approach, in-service training, and coordination of product repairs. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
