Reporting to the Mill Store Manager, as the Warehouse Worker/Retail Sales Clerk, your strong work ethic and dedication will be essential in providing front-line support to our customers and Customer Service team. About The Role: Our unionized Warehouse Worker / Retail Sales Clerk provides exceptional customer service and optimizes inventory movement. Responsibilities: Assisting with stock counts and general inventory logistics in both the warehouse and retail store Answering customer inquiries and providing an exceptional customer experience Receiving and displaying merchandise Must be pleasant and professional and demonstrate excellent customer service skills Perform general housekeeping and 25% retail duties and 75% warehouse duties in the warehouse of the mill store, including serving customers, loading feeds, receiving orders using forklift, etc. Outstanding organizational abilities and demonstrated attention to detail Work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently multi-task Assisting where needed throughout the facility Skills and Expertise Qualifications: Agricultural industry experience is an asset Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly bend, twist, stand for long periods, and lift a minimum of 25 kgs.
