We have an exciting opportunity to join our People & Culture team in Toronto and are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join the team.
In this role you will be responsible for developing, sourcing and attracting a balanced pipeline of quality candidates and are capable of generating results in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for varying levels of positions from entry to senior level.
Manage recruitment processes in line with agreed priorities, ensuring excellent candidate experience and fast turn-around times in line with team metrics and goals.
Establish strong relationships with hiring managers using your experience to help them shape meaningful job descriptions, job postings that speak to our target audiences and influence the processes to ensure effective and efficient recruitment.
Source and select a diverse, wide range of candidates using LinkedIn and other direct sourcing tools.
Manage open positions, candidates and resources on our ATS Greenhouse for workflow tracking, communication and management of active and passive candidates.
Use tooling such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and our AI copilot to support informed hiring decisions.
What you will bring to the role:
Two or more years of experience recruiting in an inhouse talent acquisition function or combined agency experience.
Experience working within a technology based organisation.
Ability to build relationships, partner and influence key stakeholders to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
Experience using an applicant tracking system and a variety of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Experience using data and insights to recommend and support hiring decisions.
Experience coordinating interview schedules with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
