Overview of the Role The Assistant Foodservice Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of various Foodservice Marketing initiatives while being aligned with business objectives of the Strategic Business Development (SBD) team. Salary: $66,960 - $87,890 Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training We support and care for our employees and their families by providing: Competitive salaries Advantageous corporate agreements Full range of group insurance benefits Group retirement pension plan with employer contribution Purchase option of company stocks Group RRSP Health and wellness program in the workplace Assistance program for employees and their families Saputo products at a discounted price How you will make contributions that matter: Collaborate with the Foodservice marketing team and help develop the Trade Marketing 360 promotional strategy Assist with the execution of marketing programs, campaigns and promotions, consumer engagement activities, merchandising and growth plans, aimed at new and existing business partners in markets across Canada Generate compelling and original content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, emails, and newsletter in English and French Work with copywriters to produce persuasive and informative blog posts, articles, and other forms of written content Manage social media accounts with agencies to highlight community involvement, products, and promotions Work Direct creative agencies and collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to develop and update marketing programs, collateral, and channels Provide support and coordination with tradeshows and events (booth setup, materials, promotional items, shipment of packages) Guide the sales team in the execution of trade programs, manage the performance tracking and program post-mortems and make analysis Responsible for creating and monitoring email marketing and nurture campaigns in Klaviyo (designing email marketing newsletters, ensuring mobile-friendly emails, collaborating with copywriters for newsletter content, building and maintaining email lists) Managing and maintaining email marketing, automations, workflows, reporting, landing pages, segmentations, contacts and companies, etc. Execute marketing programs in collaboration with the foodservice sales team, participating in meetings and proposing the right mix/match of marketing assets and channels to strengthen partner relationships Assist with developing and launching customer and partner-experience surveys (using Typeforms), as well as reporting on results and identifying areas for improvement Optimize demand generation across all of Saputo Foodservice’s existing channels including but not limited to the website, email, PPC, content, social, webinars, and SEO Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and marketing campaigns Provide regular reports and recommendations based on data analysis Responsible for managing the project budget Draft internal communications, create point of sales promotional materials Lead multi-departmental conference calls Perform other related duties as directed by the Marketing Manager You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications: University Diploma in marketing or related field (2nd cycle degree, an asset) 5+ years of experience in marketing Experience in the food industry or B2B digital marketing (an asset) Experience in managing consumer promotions Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written; French is mandatory in Quebec, an asset in other provinces.
