Overview:
In this position you will be responsible for managing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across a wide range of clients. Campaigns span across a variety of platforms (IG, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, Pinterest, etcetera) and a wide range of verticals (lifestyle, fashion, travel, sports, tech, etc).
Your Impact:
Lead the development of influencer campaign proposals including content strategy/concepts, identification of KPI’s and measurement plans
Researching influencers to build rosters for client approval (using internal influencer platform)
Influencer outreach and contract management
Managing execution of influencer programs including day-to-day communication with influencers and clients
Managing quality control and accuracy of influencer-produced content against the brief
Monitoring content posting to ensure everything in market according to schedule and brief
Working with internal paid social team for paid amplification
Develop and maintain workback schedules and status reports
Monitor budgets and track spending
Gather, distribute, and file all creative assets, style guides, etc.
Track deliverables and chase deadlines
Compile post-campaign reports
Keep up to date on the latest trends and news in influencer marketing

Your Education and Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing with a proven track record for delivering executional excellence
Understanding of social advertising and distribution tactics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest
Fluency in French considered an asset
Post-secondary education
