Job Details: Functional Testing & Issue Resolution • Review and test web pages to ensure all links, forms, and interactive elements function correctly • Identify, document, and prioritize bugs, inconsistencies, and areas of improvement for resolution • Work closely with designers and developers to troubleshoot and, when needed, resolve layout, responsiveness, and front-end behaviour issues • Make basic front-end content and styling updates directly in CMS platforms Design Aesthetics & UX Review • Assess visual elements, including layout, font use, colour consistency, and branding alignment • Validate responsive behaviour across devices and browsers for a consistent user experience • Provide feedback on UX enhancements to support usability and business goals Platform-Specific Testing (Kentico & WordPress) • Conduct detailed testing in both Kentico and WordPress environments • Ensure platform-specific functionality, performance, and content workflows operate as intended • Use CMS knowledge to recommend efficiencies or improvements to templates and processes Delegation & Task Management • Support project teams by delegating QA-related tasks when appropriate • Track task progress and follow up to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner • Help prioritize QA efforts to align with project schedules and team capacity Documentation & Reporting • Maintain detailed QA documentation, including test cases, issue logs, and annotated screenshots • Communicate testing results and improvement suggestions with clarity and consistency • Contribute to QA best practices and help evolve team workflows through process suggestions and tool evaluations Requirements • Proven experience in QA testing for web design projects, especially within Kentico and WordPress • Strong understanding of front-end design, responsive behaviour, and content management workflows • Excellent attention to detail with a critical eye for design aesthetics and user experience • Comfortable making front-end edits and content changes within a CMS • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate QA tasks • Problem-solving mindset with initiative to support and improve workflows Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end validation and edits • Experience with testing tools like BrowserStack, BugHerd, Lighthouse, or Selenium • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment • Proficiency using project management and QA tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) Business Unit: Clubhouse Online Scheduled Weekly Hours: 37.5 Number of Openings Available: 1 Worker Type: Regular More About Jonas Software: Jonas Software is the leading provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Country and Golf Clubs, Foodservice, Construction, Fitness & Sports, Attractions, Salon & Spa, Education, Radiology/Laboratory Information Systems, and Product Licensing industries.
