Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: The Training Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support for employee training programs, focusing primarily on the Operator Advancement Program (OAP) and overall employee development initiatives. The role is responsible for scheduling, record-keeping, communications, and assisting in the maintenance of training systems and materials. The position requires flexibility to work afternoon shifts on a project basis to support training delivery for night shift employees. Duties and Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and setting up equipment. Communicate training schedules, reminders, and updates to employees and supervisors. Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and employee files in systems such as Workday and FlexiQuiz. Support the digitization of training exams and upload content into the learning management system (LMS). Assist in coordinating Train-the-Trainer sessions and monitor trainer certification records. Liaise with Production, Engineering, and Human Resources teams to align training activities with operational requirements. Assist with administrative tasks related to training documentation, SOP and compliance updates and communication roll-outs. Track completion of training activities, certifications, and recertifications. Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement events through the Social Committee. Provide afternoon shift support on a project-by-project basis to deliver and support training initiatives for night shift operations. Maintain audit-ready training files and support continuous improvement initiatives in training administration. Essential Knowledge and Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. Ability to work collaboratively with employees, supervisors, and managers across departments. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness and ability to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Workday, FlexiQuiz, LMS platforms). Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a proactive approach to tasks. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexible and willing to adjust work hours for afternoon support as needed. Education and Experience: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. No prior work experience required; internship or co-op experience is considered an asset. Familiarity with training coordination, HR support, or LMS administration is considered an advantage but not required.
