? .NET Developers Wanted!
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to support a high-impact modernization project on a contract (6-months) in Downtown Toronto.
? Who You Are:
A skilled full-stack developer with a passion for building seamless, high-performance web applications.
Proficient in front-end development using Angular or Vue.js, and back-end development with .NET frameworks (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
Experienced in database design and development with MS SQL Server and comfortable working with APIs and version control (Git).
A problem-solver who thrives in collaborative environments, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
Open to learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project needs
? Work Type
Hybrid (2-3 days per week required in the office)
Office Location: Toronto, Ontario
Contract Length: 6-Months, with the possibility of extension (must be incorporated)
? What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers):
Engage in end-to-end development of web applications, from conceptualization to deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Javascript frameworks (i.e., Angular, Vue.js)
Ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across various devices and browsers
Design and develop the back-end using technologies within the Microsoft technology stack, including .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API
Write unit tests and automated tests to ensure high quality code
Integrate front-end and back-end aspects of applications using Web APIs
Ability to write technical documentation clearly and concisely
? What We’re Looking For (Our Wishlist):
3-5 years of experience in software development in a full stack capacity (exposure to both front-end and back-end development)
Experienced with .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET on the backend
Experienced with Angular, Vue.JS, HTML/CSS and Javascript on the frontend
Experience with database design and development using MS SQL Server
Exposure to MS Azure DevOps or equivalent (Jira, etc.)
Experience with version control systems, such as GIT
Nice-To-Have: Experience with ASPOSE.Words, Blazor, design pattern knowledge/experience
