- Work closely with the business team to design and implement new features

About the team
You will be joining a team dedicated to building personalized, relevant, and
intuitive experiences that help customers manage their Prime membership.
Operating within an event-driven distributed architecture, we analyze customer
signals to improve experiences across key business areas including engagement,
retention, and new product offerings. Our team innovates through advanced
processes and leverages GenAI technology to manage high-availability services
and accelerate use case delivery.
