Conduct on-boarding sessions at Home Office for new FITs hired. Monitor participant progress and provide updates on a bi-weekly basis. Maintain up to date training trackers for all participants (TDP & FIT). Produce results from training session surveys (done by participants) and share with stakeholders accordingly. Review and reformat translated content as needed. Update all FDP (TDP & FIT) participant folders to ensure set up with the necessary tools for the respective program. Coordinate all expenses related to training, on boarding and moving for Franchisee Development Programs. What You'll Bring: Highschool diploma Bilingual in English and French Relevant work experience and knowledge of retail business practices Advanced computer skills that include Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) Excellent organizational and project management skills Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Valid driver's license and vehicle to attend store visits Assets: Post-secondary education in a related field (Business, Communications, Administration, HR, Learning and Development) Retail or corporate working experience Job Requisition: JR127349 Giant Tiger is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fair employment practices.
