As Chief Revenue Officer reporting to the President, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by aligning the sales, marketing and customer success functions across the organization. This will be accomplished through strategic marketing, brand positioning, revenue growth, customer success and retention. Your role ensures alignment and collaboration across all revenue-generating and corporate function departments to maximize profitability and market expansion. You will develop and implement data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure sales and marketing efforts continue to improve conversion rates, drive demand generation, branding, and client acquisition strategies. You will support the launch and management of new products and services to meet revenue goals through effective sales programs. Externally, you will establish key long-term relationships with customers and business partners that enhance revenue generation, profitability and market position nationally. HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE: Accountable for the development of strategic sales and business development plans to deliver on FCT’s sales revenue objectives and customer service delivery. Meet or exceed corporate sales targets through proven leadership of the sales group and building and leading a sales infrastructure. Design, develop, monitor and recalibrate sales compensation plans and ensure their effectiveness in driving appropriate sales behaviors, activities and results. Implement effective sales and business development methodologies that include but are not limited to process, training, budget management and compensation plans. Work with and challenge peers to develop a strategic and consistent sales and business development culture within the organization to meet or exceed corporate sales targets. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities to grow market share by expanding business with existing and new customer groups. Work with internal resources and external customers to create and implement leading sales and business development strategies, as well as tactical short- and long-term plans to meet and exceed company revenue targets. Through effective use of information and FCT’s CRM tool, analyze and anticipate changes in the market and competitive conditions to proactively plan, develop and execute short and long-term sales plans. Determine the impact of the competition, economic conditions, customer buying decisions and critical points of influence on the sale of FCT’s products and services and execute appropriate responses. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, optimize lead generation, conversion, and customer engagement strategies. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products/services. Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market-fit solutions. Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING: Minimum of 10 years sales and business development experience at a senior level, with emphasis in management/executive role in the financial, insurance or legal field. Degree in related field and/or MBA, or equivalent experience Proven ability to achieve results that meet both short and long-term business objectives. Financial Services/ Insurance experience an asset Extensive experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools Business acumen and dealing with complex business environments. Exhibited experience in developing sales skills and competencies. Proven relationship building skills at the executive level. Entrepreneurial spirit Strong communicator with proven ability to persuade.
