As an analyst for the Governance and Controls team within STP, you will help with the following: Assist in responding to queries from internal and external parties regarding compliance with policies, laws, and regulations. The opportunity to review and enhance controls within the department. Creation and maintenance of audit ready binders. Assist with global STP projects. Collaborate with RBC partners to identify and address stakeholder requirements. Ad hoc projects. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in business, commerce, or an equivalent. Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment. Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written). Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Nice-to-have Capability to manage multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectively. Motivated and analytical, with strong achievement orientation and attention to detail. Experience creating process documents. Experience with SharePoint, Tableau, and Python.
