Join us in transforming healthcare locally and globally, as we strive to empower 500,000 care providers to reach 500 million patients by 2030.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Business Representative for the Province of British Columbia, you will play a key role in MEDFAR’s sales efforts by driving the business development and adoption of MYLE, our electronic medical record (EMR) platform, among frontline healthcare organizations in Canada.You will be part of a national team of over 15 professionals and work closely with Todd (Business Development Executive) and Laurie (New Market Sales Specialist) to accelerate our expansion in British Columbia — one of MEDFAR’s top strategic priorities for 2025.Your primary focus will be on outbound sales activities, and your main responsibilities will include:Participate in the development of its territory and analyze new sales and upsell opportunities.Establish communication with first-line healthcare establishments in order to present our range of products.Travel to clinics in British Columbia to meet potential clients and present them with the functionalities that come with the MYLE application.Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations among potential users.Collaborate with the internal team and the Sales Manager on various projects aimed at optimizing sales and standing out from the competition.Ensuring customer follow-ups and bridging the gap with the internal team if necessary.Establish/maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ability to leverage them for new sales opportunities.Work closely with the Account Executive to increase overall sales quotas and win rates.Working condition:This job requires commuting to our clients' offices (Average of 3 days per week)Candidates must have a car and a valid driver's license.Salary: 65 000 - 85 000 based on the experience + Commission + Company bonus + cell & car allowance.QualificationsIdeally you have:University degree in business administration, communications, or a related field;2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or software products;Proven experience with outbound prospecting, including cold calling and in-person field visits;Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with prospects and clients;Comfortable leading product demonstrations and adapting messaging to diverse audiences;A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset;Tech-savvy and autonomous in learning and using new tools and platforms;Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven, and competitive environment;Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).Assets:Familiarity with the healthcare ecosystem in British Columbia;Background as a Medical Office Assistant (MOA) or understanding of medical workflows;Experience in customer service or marketing;Additional InformationBy joining MEDFAR, you will be part of a purpose-driven organization whose product is disrupting and digitizing health care, making doctors’ and healthcare workers’ lives easier, while enabling better patient health outcomes.
