Job Summary The impact of this role is to maintain an adequately functioning (in terms of process support, IT Risk/Audit/regulatory compliance), User accepted, cost efficient technology platform. This role will work collaboratively with vendors and managing front to back functions to ensure projects objectives are achieved. Responsible for setting the strategic direction and technology vision for the end to end corporate and high end Commercial lending activities across RBC Globally. Lead the delivery team in the maintenance and enhancements critical BCS applications. Accomplish this by teamwork, having a can-do mindset with a hands-on approach and focus on details. Responsible for ensuring the platforms meet all internal and external Audit/Regulatory/Compliance requirements. What you need to succeed? Must have: Experience with managing senior relationships across both business platforms and Technology partners across RBC. Experience leading technology and development team, ideally in a Capital Markets environment. Ability to liase with IT partners across the organization to both in support of operations deliverables, and to ensure delivery/compliance on GTI/IT Risk initiatives.
