In this blended role, you will work in close collaboration with several CBN departments as you perform a range of duties across the BA/PO spectrum. ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand stakeholder needs and expectations. Identify and create well-defined user stories with appropriate acceptance criteria.Documentation:Create and maintain detailed documents that accurately capture user stories, use cases, requirements.Identify and translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.Stakeholder Liaison:Act as bridge between internal and external stakeholders, engaging both sides to gather feedback and ensure that needs are being met and priorities and goals are clear and aligned.Product Roadmap:Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product vision and roadmap development and ensure it is aligned with business goals.Product Backlog Management: Develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing backlog items based on customer needs, business value and strategic goals.Development Support:Facilitate the product development process by ensuring that team members have what they need to deliver the product.
