JOB DESCRIPTION :
In this position, you will promote and sell the company's distinctive products while expertly qualifying inbound leads. You will cultivate and maintain strong business relationships, manage customer interactions, and identify new opportunities. Your role will also involve conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Promote the company's unique product offerings ;
Present and sell their distributed products ;
Qualify inbound leads judiciously ;
Establish and maintain strong business relationships ;
Conduct occasional follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities ;
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities ;
Manage and maintain customer relations, including opportunities, sales, and activities ;
Foster trusted relationships with customers and provide ongoing support ;
Actively participate in regular meetings.
Profil
QUALIFICATIONS :
College diploma in management, commerce, administration, or sales training with relevant experience (other combinations of education and experience will be considered);
Proficient in computer skills, especially with the Office suite ;
Strong aptitude for customer relationship management ;
Exceptional listening and communication skills in English ;
Keen interest in enhancing the customer experience and adapting to new technologies ;
Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, or electricity is an advantage ;
Experience in equipment and/or machinery sales is highly desirable ;
Driver's License (Preferred).
Informations contractuelles
WORK CONDITIONS :
Permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday ;
Remuneration options include base salary of 50 000$ + bonus and commissions (package of 90 000$ - 130 000$) ;
Work Location: In person or remote.
