URGENT: HR Administrative Assistant (Propel HR experience is required)

Description
Input and maintain accurate records of new hire information in Propel HR
Support the employee onboarding process by setting up profiles and walking new hires through the Propel HR system
Pull employee data and generate reports as needed (e.g., PTO balances, onboarding checklists)
Ensure ongoing data integrity across the platform
Communicate with Propel HR’s support team or account managers as needed for technical assistance
Collaborate with the recruiting team and HR manager on cross-functional admin tasks
Help troubleshoot employee questions related to the HR platform
Assist with other administrative support duties as assigned
Hard Requirements:
Preferred: Prior experience using Propel HR platform
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
Experience working with confidential employee data
Comfortable communicating with new hires and explaining basic HR system functions
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
Schedule:
35 Hours/Week
Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Standard Time
Offer and Benefits:
$3-$5USD/hour
