Check out this video: https://youtu.be/fdz66L7FBgU Highlights: Scans the iLPN into Symbotic; Ensures there are no big gaps between boxes and that each tier is even and consistent with no partial tiers; Coordinates the removal of empty pallets; Removes plastic wrap, tape, straps, etc; Ensures higher priority replenishments are inducted first; Trouble shoots rejected pallets; Stops and troubleshoots crushed and/or dropped boxes; Ensure that pallets meet the maximum height, width, and overhang requirements. Requirements: Experience as an Order Picker or a similar position; Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time; Must be able to lift heavy items for extended periods of time; Strong attention to detail; Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience is an asset.
