About the Role:
Transform client experiences as a key member of our TELUS Health Provider Solutions team. As a Sales Support Technical Representative II, you'll be the vital link between our sales team and clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Quarterback client onboarding processes for TELUS Health services/solutions
Drive revenue growth through strategic sales support
Manage lead assignments and marketing campaign initiatives
Execute account creation, billing setup, and credit verification
Maintain precise Salesforce records following ISO standards
Provide timely issue resolution and escalation
Bridge communication between sales and implementation teams
What You'll Bring:
Post-secondary diploma/certification
3+ years of relevant experience
Strong administrative capabilities with autonomous work style
Advanced problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
Experience with Salesforce.com (strongly preferred)
Previous sales experience (asset)
