Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity You will lead and perform the design, configuration & support of HRIS (Workday) and processes, in efforts to achieve the overall mandate of ease of use for the end users and enhanced reporting capabilities for managers and administrators. The scope includes HCM, payroll, benefit, recruiting, time tracking, absence, reporting and integrations. You will be hands-on in system maintenance and enhancement and in providing technical leadership through mentoring and coaching to your team. Payroll and integrations will be the priority. Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, HR Technology Your Moneris Career - What you'll do Work with payroll team to ensure ensure Workday is configured to support business rules and processes. Manage the overall development of technical solutions to enhance Workday functionality Oversee the integrity of HRIS data in support of HR end user day-to-day operations, processing and reporting Recommends and implements business process improvements having an HRIS component and may serve on multi-discipline teams to implement business process changes. Develops customized reports and statistical analysis of workforce data for HR management and leadership team. Provides and/or coordinates trend analysis to add value to the HR reports Provide technical leadership to teammates through mentorship and coaching in order to guide them to develop scalable and fundamentally sound solutions Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team Your Moneris Career - What you bring 2+ years of Payroll Workday experience Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field of study that may include Business and Human Resources. Minimum 4 years progressive experience in HR Information Systems and technology offerings in ATS, LMS, HRIS, Data Analytics, including Workday Subject Matter Expert with hands-on system ownership and integrations. Project management experience delivering on and completing objectives on time and within budget. Nice-to-have... Experience with other Workday modules Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution. Previous experience in the payment industry considered an asset. Bilingualism is an asset. Experienced in project management and change management preferred.
