Key Responsibilities: General plant & parking area clean up and Upkeep Landscaping, Winter works, Snow removal & Salt walkways, and various small paths Assist with various department general tasks as needed Perform various inspections, record findings, and provide updates as directed Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs if found Carry out thorough cleansing tasks on equipment throughout the plant Make adjustments and minor repairs to various small equipment as needed Assist with Inventory counts and monitoring, report findings to supervisors Work cohesively with staff in all departments Follow all health & safety procedures as well as work within the policies set forth Housekeeping Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Must be able to work day shift but also have the flexibility to work outside of regular hours and weekends. Punctual, Reliable, and Dependable Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to carry out physical duties in both indoor and outdoor environments. Must have a Valid Driver’s License Basic knowledge of: Plumbing, Electricity, Carpentry, Masonry, Drywall, Painting, and others Forklift, Skid Steer, and Elevated work platform experience is an asset, but not required Experience using hand tools for general purposes.
