Our SAP ERP consulting firm is seeking a talented Data Architect (MDG) to join their dynamic team.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement a data governance strategy for their clients using SAP ERP
Develop data management policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and design appropriate solutions
Create and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and metadata for SAP ERP systems
Ensure data quality, security, and compliance in the SAP environment
Lead data quality improvement initiatives and sensitive data protection efforts
Define data governance roles and responsibilities within client organizations
Provide technical expertise on SAP data architecture and governance best practices
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data architecture, with a specialization in data governance
In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP systems and their data architecture
Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks
Excellent understanding of data modelling and metadata principles
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients
Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written
Assets:
Relevant certifications in data governance or SAP
Experience in the consulting sector
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
