We’re looking for an Infrastructure Automation Specialist to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and fully automated environments. From development to production, you’ll play a key role in designing automation processes and infrastructure as code that accelerate delivery while ensuring resilience and compliance. You’ll be responsible for:
Infrastructure Automation & Development
Design, build, and maintain automation tooling (playbooks, manifests, configurations).
Manage and deploy automation platforms.
Ensure parity across dev, test, staging, and production environments.
Contribute to internal tooling and continuous delivery pipelines.
Document architecture and deployment processes.
System Administration
Deploy and manage secure infrastructure following best practices.
Monitor logs and performance, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
Ensure alignment with compliance standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, etc.).
Continuous Learning
Stay current on tools, tech, and industry standards.
Attend relevant conferences and learning opportunities.
What we want from you:
DEC or Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
3+ years in infrastructure, automation, or DevOps roles
Proficiency in tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell DSC
Solid networking skills (Cisco IOS, ArubaOS-CX, Fortinet)
Experience with HCI and containers
Familiarity with GitOps, public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Have a builder’s mindset with a bias toward action
Solve problems creatively and pragmatically
Passionate about performance, quality, and user impact
Work collaboratively across teams
Communicate clearly and proactively in English, French an asset
