We are currently seeking a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art Edmonton facility. This full-time, year-round position offers an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of heavy equipment while promoting safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy-duty equipment such as loaders, excavators, and trucks.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues systematically.
Complete precise and detailed service reports for all maintenance and repair work.
Assist with prioritizing repair orders in collaboration with management.
Mentor and support apprentice mechanics as needed.
Adhere to Wilco's safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure tools are in good condition.
Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic certification (Red Seal).
Demonstrated experience in repairing and maintaining heavy-duty equipment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Effective problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency with technology and ability to adapt to new software.
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the heavy-duty industry.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience with CVIP inspections is a plus.
