You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide excellent customer support, and gain hands-on experience working with a variety of IT environments. What You Will Do: Provide on-site and remote tier 1 technical support to clients for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking with precision and efficiency. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 support teams while maintaining excellent communication with the client. Document customer interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps accurately in the ticketing system. Assist with user account setups, password resets, software installations, and system configurations. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites. Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and supported. Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved and provide additional guidance where necessary. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve your technical expertise. Collaborate with your teammates to enhance service delivery and share knowledge. Travel to client sites as needed What You Bring: Recent graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation A passion for technology and IT support with a desire to build a career in the field. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset. Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a professional IT setting. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not required.
