Job Overview
The Implementation Consultant is responsible for consulting and training Customers in North America, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Australia and Asia on the use of CMiC applications. This role is also responsible for engaging in a range of customer business processes in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction space.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct (on site and remote) Training/Design/Consulting Sessions in a professional manner
Provide product, industry and/or CMiC Software training to assist and guide the CMiC Implementation process
Communicate effectively with Customers, CMiC Project Managers and internal Management
Deliver Wrap up Reports for engagements in a timely manner
Participate in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members as required
Travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time
French Language is a must
Preference given to those residing in Quebec
3+ years of experience in a software/technical consulting or training role
Must be comfortable with emerging technologies, learning new software, and industries
Previous industry experience with Construction, Engineering, Professional Services or other training experience
Strong leadership skills and diplomatic when interacting with customers
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong client relationship skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients and colleagues
Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
Proficiency using MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects and Outlook)
Travel to the US without any restrictions
