Interpreting and implementing client incentive programs is at the core of what we do at TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods. By partnering with the client to understand their desired outcome with incentive programs and ensuring accurate fulfillment to their customers, TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods continues to be a trusted partner with our clients. The Program Delivery Manager serves as lead for the direction on the implementation of incentive programs. Furthermore, they hold the key to growth with our clients, collecting insights and seeking out opportunities to expand TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods’ support for the client. Here’s How
The Program Delivery Manager has relationship, management, and administrative duties with some travel. They will partner with leadership to understand strategic objectives and goals for the department and develop plans to meet and exceed those expectations. Day-to-day duties include:
Relationship Management:
Serves as the primary escalation point for clients and acts on their behalf internally to address issues
Oversees the onboarding of new clients post-sale, to ensure a successful launch to the relationship and scope of work
Provides strategic guidance to clients to continually demonstrate TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Goods’ value
Attends strategic client project delivery team sessions to set client expectations, identify opportunities, and protect revenue as necessary
Stays current on industry trends and the competitive landscape within our clients’ industries and how those trends may impact clients
Employee Management Duties:
Manages the program management team in their service to clients
Develops and tracks goals to encourage career development
Assigns work tasks to team members based on skill set and career growth areas
Facilitates performance reviews
Administrative Duties:
Works with the TELUS Agriculture and Consumer Good’s delivery team to prepare and deliver Statements of Work
Documents, maintains and reports out internally on audit requirements related to programs
Travels up to 10 – 20% to meet with clients face-to-face to discuss current, future and prospective initiatives. Travel needs are assessed on a client-by-client basis

This position reports to the Programs Execution Director
What you bring to this role
Qualifications Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture or another relevant field
5+ years of management experience
Experience managing, prioritizing and appropriately delegating tasks for completion
Ability to cross-collaborate with other departments and teams to resolve issues and complete projects
Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
Strong decision-making ability
Skills Desired:
Proficient with G-Suite (Google Drive, G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficient with both PC and Mac
