This role involves supporting the drafting, reviewing, and monitoring of contracts and SLAs to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with various departments to help ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the company's interests are protected.Level of Responsibility Enhanced task complexity and accountability to customer. Starting to mentor junior staff.QualificationsKey TasksAssist in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to ensure they meet company standards and legal requirements.Help maintain and update contract records, ensuring all relevant documentation is accurate and accessible.Support the monitoring of contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.Assist in identifying potential risks in contracts and developing strategies to mitigate them.Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate contract execution, management and audits.
