Synopsis of the role You will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and responsible for end to end execution and delivery of improvement projects with a clear focus on savings and ROI. The individual will lead initiative identification, design thinking, requirement documentation, solution implementation and change management for their process improvement initiatives. What You’ll Do Define operational value streams, deliver business cases, identify gaps/opportunities, remove roadblocks and continuously improve existing solutions. Gather requirements and lead design thinking with business stakeholders, manage backlogs and own technical requirements for implementation. Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system /technology / validation, testing and implementation planning Manage complete execution of automation, AI and productivity initiatives on time and within budget to deliver the defined savings for the year. Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive efficiency and improve consumer/customer experience using available technology ops while continuously looking for new technologies and solutions. Build stakeholder relationships, deliver ops readiness plan and drive communication for continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture. What experience you need 5 to 8 years’ experience in fast paced matrix environment Process engineering background Extensive knowledge on process improvement tools and methodologies Experience with cloud infrastructure Ability to manage technical implementation through SDLC cycle B2B and B2C Operations/Delivery know-how Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders What could set you apart Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Master of Business Administration (MBA) Agile and Lean certifications Experience with Google Vertex AI, RPA, IVR, APIs, Automation Knowledge of Equifax products and systems General knowledge of Equifax policies and procedures Primary Location: CAN-Toronto-5700 Yonge Function: Function - Project, Program and Process Management Schedule: Full time At Equifax, we believe knowledge drives progress.
