This is a key position within our finance department, offering you the chance to grow professionally while supporting operations that truly make a difference. What You’ll Do As an Accounts Payable Accountant, you will manage the full cycle of payables and collaborate closely with internal teams. Your key responsibilities will include: Recording and tracking supplier invoices (local/international purchases, services, and fixed assets) Calculating landed costs including import fees (transportation, customs, etc.) Performing monthly bank reconciliations Preparing and processing payments (checks, domestic and international wire transfers) Managing employee expense reports and reimbursements Reconciling intercompany supplier accounts and maintaining vendor relations Handling tax filings (GST/QST, HST, payroll deductions, etc.) Maintaining accurate supplier and employee records in the accounting system Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and other internal departments Participating in internal and external audits as needed What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 3 to 5 years in accounts payable, including expense report processing Proficiency in Excel – Solid knowledge of tax and accounting standards Detail-oriented, self-starter, well-organized, and a strong team player Experience with SAP Bilingualism (French / English) Depuis plus de 90 ans, la vision de Topcon est de relever les grands défis sociétaux à travers le monde. Vos missions En tant que Comptable aux comptes fournisseurs, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du cycle des payables et collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes internes. Vos responsabilités principales incluront : Saisie et suivi des factures fournisseurs (achats locaux/internationaux, services, immobilisations) Calcul des coûts d’achat incluant les frais d’importation (transport, douanes, etc.) Réalisation des conciliations bancaires mensuelles Préparation et exécution des paiements (chèques, virements domestiques et internationaux) Traitement des notes de frais des employés et gestion des remboursements Rapprochement des comptes fournisseurs inter compagnies et gestion des relations fournisseurs Déclarations fiscales (TPS/TVQ, TVH, déductions à la source, etc.) Mise à jour des dossiers fournisseurs et employés dans le système comptable Collaboration avec les équipes achats, logistique et autres départements internes Participation aux audits internes et externes au besoin Profil recherché Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou en finance 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, incluant le traitement des notes de frais Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et bonne connaissance des normes fiscales et comptables Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et esprit d’équipe Expérience avec SAP Bilinguisme (français / anglais) Topcon Healthcare sees eye health differently.
