Sanctuary AI–a multi award-winning LinkedIn Top Startup company–is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise IT team. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our infrastructure and services and will support the ongoing maturation of the business.
The best candidates for our Systems Administrator role will have strong skills with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and GSuite ecosystems, MacOS and Linux exposure. Top candidates will also possess excellent communications skills and a decisive, action-oriented approach to their work - they thrive on “getting things done” in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
You’ll be a valued contributor as you learn and adapt to new and challenging projects, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and design and implement systems and services. You will be a key participant in enabling the scalability and performance of the infrastructure that enables the company to deliver on its mission to create the world’s first human-like intelligence in general purpose robots.

Success Criteria
Bring hands-on experience in designing, documenting, implementing, maintaining Microsoft 365, Azure, and GSuite cloud infrastructure.
Demonstrate reliability and thoroughness in problem-solving; research and implement the “right solution the first time”
Contemplate the future needs of the business by enabling maintainability and scalability from the beginning - “right size” your work
Implement solutions in an efficient, scalable, automated fashion with an eye for quality
Demonstrate the ability to document and communicate relevant information about the network to a variety of audiences
Excellent time-management and prioritization abilities, with an “action-oriented” and decisive approach to your work
Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Grow your mentorship capabilities by sharing your work and skills with teammates
Support a variety of “internal customers” in addition to driving internal and business facing projects
Your Experience
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience as a systems administrator with Windows/Microsoft365/Azure and Linux systems (Redhat, Debian/Ubuntu)
Skills
Strong experience with Windows / Apple Endpoints
Strong experience in PowerShell / Linux Scripting
Experience with Microsoft InTune, Autopilot, and similar tools
Experience with Infrastructure as a Code (Terraform, Ansible…)
Experience with various cloud providers and Saas Products.
Experience with an ITIL/ITSM approach to work and experience with relevant tools

About Sanctuary AI
Founded in 2018, Sanctuary builds humanoid robots and a novel control system for them that integrates symbolic logic and reasoning with data-driven robot foundation models.
