ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following: Assist underwriting staff with servicing files & attaching pertinent information to files Communicate internally with other departments via e-mail and telephone Communicate externally with brokers as required Clerical duties, such as filing and pulling files as required Preparing Certificates of Insurance Editing & formatting of documents using a variety of software & programs Reviewing documents for accuracy Other duties as assigned CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATION Not Applicable QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
