They are also responsible in ensuring the over-all cleanliness of our facilities to the highest level. Your work will include:Wash, scrub, clean, and sanitize designated kitchen and all aspects within the kitchenKeep Kitchen organizedClean kitchen floors; sweep and mopping, storage room areas, fridges as wellClean refrigerators, ovens, and other kitchen equipmentWash pots, dishes, glasses, cups, etc., after each meal and as requiredDeep cleaning on a daily/weekly basis of the dish machine, ovens, etc.Help keep storage rooms and fridges/freezers cleaned and organizedWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Health and dental benefits.Whereas other companies are downsizing, we are growing!Be #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader. QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?You have a minimum 1 year kitchen or catering experience in Food Service Industry, hospitality environment or remote lodge settingYou are fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou have at least Food Safe Level I. Safe Check advanced food safety certification or HACCP certification is an asset. You are able to prioritize multiple demands and organize a work scheduleYou are able to obtain a mark of 80% or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)Knowledge of working with dish machines; specifically, Hobarts - https://www.hobartcorp.com/products/commercial-dishwashers/flight-type/advansys-flight/operator-resourcesPhysically capable; physical demanding jobAble to lift, carry, push up to 25lbs and for long periods of timeFull availability requiredAdditional InformationDexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
