At Orangetheory Fitness Barrhaven, we’re looking for a full-time Sales Associate with open availability to join our fast-growing studio. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident, outgoing, and passionate about fitness and community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
Presenting the OTF concept to new guests and guiding them through their first workout
Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience
Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive
Engaging with our community both in-studio and online (social media experience is a plus!)
Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries
Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
