Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As an Editorial Optimization Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day production of content: working with editors, designers, web producers, and agencies to optimize text, data visualizations, and web templates for high editorial effectiveness and visual impact
Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system
Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, completion
Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and
deliverables
Develop skills outside your comfort zone, encourage others to do the same and effectively mentor others
Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements

Lead the production of top-tier publications
Manage client accounts with a focus on strategic planning
Mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and collaborate with internal and external partners for content creation
Oversee timely delivery of editorial and visual content meet publication deadlines
Maintain elevated standards of editorial effectiveness also foster productive relationships with designers, agencies, and developers
Managing content production for PwC's Global Thought Leadership and establishing and maintaining project schedules and milestones
Demonstrating mastery of verbal and visual content
Balancing competing priorities from diverse stakeholders and working effectively within the Global Thought Leadership team
Proficiency in Google, Microsoft tools, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro
Knowledge of copyediting, proofreading, and English grammar
