Master Key Cylinder Assembler What You Will Do: Assemble random and complex master key cylinder requirements Perform any operation on any mechanical cylinder assembly workstation following standard methods and procedures Work from schedules and other data or instructions to build mechanical assemblies Using established procedures, inspect products for function, appearance and other quality specifications Detect and correct faulty operation, defective material and unusual conditions and advise lead hand. Responsible for TQC (Total quality control) Read and comprehend published standard operating procedures (SOP) Understand and populate shop floor controls Perform various electronic transactions utilizing bar code scanners, pc, and printers Utilize Lean Six Sigma business model to drive continuous process improvement Follow all prescribed safety regulations. Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition.
