Esthetician The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specifications Recommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needs Develop a personal clientele and build client loyalty Execute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offers Follow up with clients on services offered Meet or exceed sales targets Send “Thank you” notes to all first time clients Ensure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough, professional manner Perform stock keeping duties as required Ensure cabins are kept neat and clean at all times Ensure all equipment is in good working order Work in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivity Works collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goals Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
