Returns Coordinator What You Will Do: As Returns Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the returns process, including evaluating returned items, inspecting them, processing for credit or return, coordinating with customer service and warehouse teams, and ensuring compliance with company return policies, all while aiming to streamline the process and minimize costs associated with returns. Processing returns: Accepting returned items, verifying order details, and logging them into the system. Inspecting returned goods: Examining products for damage, defects, or missing components to determine appropriate action. Customer Service interaction: Communicating with customer service regarding return requests, providing status updates, and addressing any concerns. Inventory management: Updating inventory records to reflect returned items and ensuring proper restocking of sellable goods. Process optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in the returns process and implementing improvements to streamline operations. Vendor communication: Collaborating with vendors regarding defective products, returns processing, and potential product improvements. Compliance management: Ensuring adherence to all relevant company policies and industry regulations regarding returns. Repack retail locks with damaged packaging Evaluate key room returns Input quality issues into an online reporting application (take pictures of components, shipping labels) Respond to emails from Purchasing regarding potential repack requests Provide feedback to purchasing regarding new packaging part numbers and stock levels Quality investigations (pull product from shelf, assess details, transfer to MRB) What You Will Need: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency with inventory management systems and computer applications Problem-solving skills to handle customer issues and resolve return discrepancies Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with deadlines Experience in warehouse operations or logistics is often beneficial Power equipment certification (Preferred – Must have willingness to become certified) Good attendance Flexible to work additional hours when necessary to meet business needs Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, grasp and bend as needed Why Work For Us?
